Fresh+, Robinson Point

For those who think that salads are strictly for health junkies and/or an incredibly boring food choice, Fresh+ will change your mind. This salad bar has a staggering 50 different ingredients that you get to pick and mix, ranging from premium stuff like goat's and blue cheese, to nutrient-rich lotus roots and beetroot. They also have calorie-friendly and innovative varieties of dressing, using olive oil, lemon juice and the like, instead of the usual heavy, calorie-rich, thousand island and french salad dressings.

Today, I got a Mediterranean inspired Regular Salad ($9.50) with Fresh+ regular lettuce mix, homemade croutons, tuna, hard boiled egg, broccoli, cous cous, smoked chicken ($2.50 Gourmextra) tossed in the Ravigote Sauce Dressing with olive oil, capers, balsamic vinegar for a little tang, onions for a little tart, and fresh parsley. It is, afterall, said that the Mediterranean diet promotes longevity and health. Everything was fresh, crisp and balanced, light without compromising on taste and flavour.

Yeah, we just saw the news that some schools were closed over concerns of radioactive rain. Well, we're monitoring the situation and will decide again if we should cancel our trip to Seoul. Thanks for the heads-up though.

Hi Jong Un

The "nihon" peeple are trying their best to stop the reactor from going boom boom but yes, they are very terrible. We still remember 1942 here.
